Mango Yogurt

After peeling the mango, take 280 grams of the pulp; put it in a blender to puree the pulp; put the pureed mango in a pot and cook on low heat

Add sugar to adjust to your favorite sweetness; add gelatin slices that have been softened in cold water beforehand, stir until melted; turn off the heat and let cool
