Mango Yogurt Smoothie
1.
I bought large mangoes online a few days ago. After a few days of shelving, the taste is super good, especially sweet. I squeeze a cup every morning, which the elderly and children love to eat. 1 mango plus 1 cup of yogurt is equal to a large cup of smoothie, and more people can increase the amount of fruit and yogurt.
2.
Wash the mangoes and cut them to remove the cores to get the pulp. Use a knife to mark out the traces of small squares and cut directly into pieces.
3.
Pour the yogurt into the cooking cup.
4.
Pour the mango flesh taken out into the cooking cup.
5.
Turn on the power and directly squeeze the juice. I use the simplest juicer. You can use a wall breaker, which works best.
6.
Sprinkle some desserts or dried fruits on top of the finished smoothie. If you like cold drinks, you can add some ice cubes or put it in the container before putting it into the freezer and freeze it for 3-5 minutes. After taking it out, pour it into the glass. The ice-cold taste is also favored by my family. The stomach was not cold resistant, so I drank it straight away.
