This is our local soil steamed bun, which is very festive.

Wash the stinky tofu and set aside.

Put oil in the pot and put it in the pot when it is slightly hot. Steamed buns and dried tofu can be fried together until the surface is golden brown. If you like the taste of stinky tofu to be more burnt and crisp, the simmering time can be extended appropriately.

Dried steamed buns and tofu, soak up the oil with kitchen paper.

Use chopsticks to open one end of the steamed bun, and you can add various sauces according to your dietary preferences. I used chili sauce. You can also add the fried stinky tofu directly without adding sauce.
