Maple Sugar Pancakes

Put flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, and salt in a large bowl and mix well.

Mix the eggs, milk and maple syrup in a separate bowl to form egg mixture, then pour in the flour mixture and mix well.

Then add the grated apples and walnuts. Remember to remove the skin first, chop the apples or use a blender. (I forgot to remove the apple peel here)

Heat a non-stick pan, add butter, and melt. Scoop the batter into the pan and fry until golden brown, and serve.
5.
Decorate with apples and walnuts and drizzle with maple syrup.
Tips:
If you use apples, remember to peel them!
If you don’t like it, you can also switch to other fruits. It’s all you like, it’s so self-willed! ! !
