Mapo Japanese Tofu

Soak the fungus in salt water, I only used half of it! A piece of Japanese tofu, but it is written in Korean, which is strange! A piece of lean meat, I don’t like fatty meat.

Mince the meat and marinate it with cooking wine and pepper. I don't know how to cut it. I can only make it like this.

Wash the fungus, put it in hot water and boil it for a while, then put it in cold water after it is cooked, remove it and let it dry.

Wash the pot, bring the water to a boil, add a little salt, and boil the tofu. After cooking, place it in cold water and remove it to allow it to dry.

Pour a little olive oil in the pot.

When the oil is 70% hot, add the minced meat and stir fry.

After the minced meat changes color, add Mapo tofu seasoning and stir well.

After stir-frying, add half of the dried black fungus and continue to stir-fry.

After frying for a while, add a proper amount of water, of course the broth is better.

After boiling, add the tofu and cook until the tofu is delicious.

Out of the pot! Come with a bowl of rice, it's comfortable.
