Mapo Potatoes

Ingredients: potatoes, minced meat, mapo tofu seasoning

Unpack the mapo tofu seasoning and put it in a bowl.

Add water.

Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Add the right amount of cooking wine to the minced meat.

Mix well and set aside.

Wash the potatoes and peel them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Next, lower the cut potatoes into a pot of clean water, blanch them and remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the minced meat and stir fry.

Then, add the blanched potato chips and stir fry.

Finally, pour in the mapo tofu seasoning.
13.
Flip and boil for 2 minutes and serve.
