2.
A slice of wild mountain pepper, chopped pepper, beef sauce, and put them in a bowl for later use (it should have been made from Pixian bean paste, but I didn’t have it at home. I also thought that it was too salty, so I took the existing beef sauce at home)
3.
After the pan is heated, add oil, pour the mixed meat into the pan, stir-fry a few times quickly, and put it in a bowl for later use
4.
Using the remaining oil in the pot, pour the wild mountain pepper, chopped pepper, and beef sauce into the pot and fry
5.
add water

7.
Cut all the tofu into small pieces and cook in the pot (I give too much water)
8.
When the water is almost harvested, give half a spoon of light soy sauce
9.
Give pepper powder (I don’t like pepper particles, it will be numb in the mouth)
10.
Give garlic cloves and chopped green onions

Finally, add the fried minced meat and push the tofu with a spatula to make the condiments, minced meat and tofu better blend together
