Mapo Tofu

One piece of tofu. The meat is the leftover piece at home. I just thaw it and beat it into minced meat with my own cooking machine.

Cut soft tofu into small pieces

Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook the tofu. The cooked tofu is not easy to break, and the taste is more elastic.

Mince the scallion, ginger, and garlic. The amount is according to your own preference.

Put oil in the pot, put the pepper, and remove it after the aroma is released

Add onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Add minced meat and stir fry

Add Pixian bean paste and chili oil to stir-fry the red oil. You don’t need to put the chili oil. I like spicy food. Add some chili oil.

Add water to a boil, add light soy sauce

Add the tofu you just cooked and add sugar. Shovel gently push the tofu from the side, don't turn it vigorously

Add starch water to thicken

Slowly thicken the soup and sprinkle on the pepper noodles before serving

Tips:
The taste of soft tofu is more suitable for this dish, it is best not to choose old tofu
