Mapo Tofu

1. One piece of tofu. The meat is the leftover piece at home. I just thaw it and beat it into minced meat with my own cooking machine.

2. Cut soft tofu into small pieces

4. Mince the scallion, ginger, and garlic. The amount is according to your own preference.
