Mapo Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut the pork, garlic, green onion, and rice pepper into minced pieces. Cut the tofu into 2.5cm square pieces. The minced meat needs starch, light soy sauce, oil, and cooking wine to marinate for a while.

3. Boil water, add a little salt to the water

5. Cool water, set aside

6. Cook oil in another pot

7. When the oil is 50% hot, quickly stir-fry the minced meat and change its color

8. Add bean paste and turn to low heat

9. Stir-fried red oil

10. Widen the water, turn to high heat to boil

11. Boil the tofu for a while

12. Add chicken essence, oyster sauce, pepper, pepper powder to taste, add rice pepper diced

13. Add water starch and boil again

14. Add chopped green onion
