Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch it out. Dice the pork and marinate with salted cooking wine. Slice the green onion and chop the pepper and garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil, put a spoonful of bean paste, and stir-fry the red oil on low heat

Put the diced meat, add green onion and garlic until fragrant

Put a bowl of water after sautéing and bring to a boil

After the water is boiled, add the tofu, add salt, chicken powder, and pepper, continue to high heat, cover and simmer until the water is absorbed and sticky.

Finally, add garlic cloves and pour the coriander into the sesame oil
