Mapo Tofu

Prepare the inner fat tofu, minced meat, green garlic and spicy tempeh sauce (the inner fat tofu tastes better)

The lactone tofu is cut into small pieces directly in the box and then upside down on the plate

Cut the garlic white and leaves of the green garlic into minced pieces separately

After the frying pan is heated, add the white garlic and sauté fragrant, add the minced meat and fry until the color changes

Add tempeh hot sauce, pour in appropriate amount of water, cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little salt and sugar to boil (the soup tastes better)

Pour in tofu and boil over high heat

Reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes until the tofu is flavorful
8.
Finally, harvest the juice over high heat and sprinkle with green garlic leaves.
