Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces and soak it in warm water and salt to remove the beany taste, and to fry the tofu in the pot until it does not fall apart.

Cut the meat and marinate in soy sauce without salt for ten minutes, add starch and mix well.

Dice ginger and garlic, cut green onion into sections, and prepare diced peppercorns.

The bean paste is ready.

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger, garlic, green onion and peppercorns in the pan until fragrant.

Pour in the minced meat and stir fry.

Pour in a spoonful of bean paste and stir fry.

Pour the tofu into the pot, add a little water, add soy sauce, salt and pepper, and cook for a while.

Add water and starch to thicken, put out a pot, sprinkle a little green onion, and pour some pepper oil, ready to eat, with a dish of green vegetables, eat steaming hot in winter!
