Mapo Tofu

Prepare minced meat

Tofu diced

Blanch the tofu so that it doesn't crumble when you stir fry it.

Put oil in the pan, heat up, and stir-fry the minced meat.

Stir fry with minced ginger and minced pepper

Put the bean paste and stir fry until the red oil comes out.

Add the chopped green onion and garlic and stir fry

Add tofu and stir fry
9.
Add appropriate amount of water, add the condiments and simmer for 3 minutes, thicken the starch with water.
10.
Out of the pot, sprinkle some chopped chives or chopped coriander. Let's have another bowl of rice~
