Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into three or four cm pieces, slice the green onion, shred the ginger, cut the pepper into small sections, and prepare the tenderloin filling.

Heat oil in the pot, add the meat filling, and fry until the color turns white.

Add scallion, ginger, chili and stir fry quickly

Pour in a small bowl of hot water, add Korean chili paste, melt in the water, add soy sauce, and reduce the heat. Stir fry gently, not too many times
5.
The soup is ready to dry, out of the pot~start to eat
Tips:
Be careful when you stir fry the tofu and don't fry it into pieces. Add a little water to make the tofu taste better~
