I can see that this is Sichuan version of tofu with minced meat! There is no ready-made pepper powder and chili powder at home, so I temporarily replaced the peppercorns and dried chilies. The peppercorns are mixed with the ground beef. There are too many "surprises" when eating. >_<"

Mapo Tofu

1. Part of the materials to be processed: chop 3 cloves of garlic into minced garlic, 2 slices of ginger and chop into minced ginger, 3 tablespoons of bean paste minced, 2 tablespoons of tempeh minced, appropriate amount of beef chopped into minced meat, and 2 green garlic cut into sections;
