Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Chopped green onion, Lao Ganma, Pixian bean paste.

Stir the tofu in a frying pan.

Fry until golden on both sides.

Add salt, Laoganma, and bean paste.

Stir the sauce well, boil an appropriate amount of water, and add water starch.

Finally, sprinkle chopped green onion, chicken essence, and appropriate amount of sesame oil to cover the noodles and finish.
