Mapo Tofu

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the wok and heat it to 70%. After the oil is heated, pour in the minced meat, stir-fry, stir-fry until the color changes, and set aside;

Pour oil in the wok again, heat up the peppercorns, minced garlic, and minced ginger to burst the fragrance;

Add the bean paste and stir-fry the red oil, add the colored peppers and stir-fry, then pour into the cut tofu and stir-fry for about 3 minutes (Tips: stir fry gently to avoid smashing the tofu) ;

Pour the previously fried minced meat into the pot and stir fry for a few times, then pour in the water starch to thicken the thickening. The sauce will be collected over high heat and stir gently for about a minute. Sprinkle the pot with chopped green onion and pepper powder. Po tofu is ready.
