Mapo Tofu

Tofu cut into pieces and blanch.

Saute the chives, ginger, pepper, and minced meat in a frying pan.
3.
Wash green beans, shiitake mushrooms, pickled peppers, and stir-fry.
4.
Add tofu and stir-fry, add salt and water and simmer for a while, thicken and bring out the pot.
