Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into 2 cm square pieces;

Put it in boiling water and boil it to remove the beany smell;

Add oil to the pot to heat up, add the spicy bean paste and stir fry until fragrant, then add the chili noodles, sugar and a bowl of water to a boil;

Put the tofu into a boil on high heat;
5.
Simmer for about 4 minutes, pour the wet starch into the thickening dish;
6.
Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.
