Mara Cake

Main ingredients: low-flour, eggs, sugar, baking powder, lard, milk.

Beat the eggs into the basin.

Add sugar.

After stirring the sugar to melt, add lard.

Continue to stir evenly.

Then add milk.

Stir it thoroughly to avoid separation of oil and water.

Sift in low powder.

Add baking powder.

Stir it up and down with a rubber spatula, cut and mix. Do not stir in circles to prevent tendons.

Stir it into a delicate batter and let it stand for 10-20 minutes.

Brush the small mold with oil, pour the batter 8 minutes full.
13.
After the water is boiled, put it in the pot. Steam for 8 minutes.
14.
You can put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. The quantity in the formula can be 18 pcs. What I actually did in the picture is twice the amount.
2. The mold must be brushed with oil, otherwise it will not be easy to demold.
