Mara cakes are simple to make, delicious and look like cakes, but they are not as complicated as cakes. "

Mara Cake

1. Beat two eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar, and beat with a whisk until thick.

2. Pour the wood flour, flour, orange flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda into a basin.

3. Pour the oil, milk, and powder into the egg liquid, mix well, no grains.

4. Take two small bowls, brush the oil, pour the mixed batter into the bowls, cover with plastic wrap, insert 3 small holes with toothpicks, and shake twice.

5. After the water in the steamer boils, put in the batter, steam for 30 minutes, and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. take out.

7. Demould and serve.
