Marble Cookies

After the butter that has been softened at room temperature is softened, add powdered sugar and salt to beat evenly, no need to beat

Add the egg mixture in 2 times and mix well

Add vanilla extract and stir well

Add sifted low-gluten flour

Knead into a smooth dough, divide two thirds into the refrigerator and refrigerate for about 30 minutes

Add cocoa powder to one third of the original dough

Knead the cocoa dough

Sandwich the plain dough between two layers of oiled paper and roll out

Pull a few small pieces of cocoa dough on the original biscuit dough

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3mm

Knead the dough into a cylindrical shape by hand

Wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for finalization

Cut into slices about 5mm

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, 15 minutes for the middle level

When the surface is golden yellow, take it out and let it cool.
Tips:
1. Knead the leftover dough evenly, and be careful not to knead it for too long to let the dough fuse together;
2. The extra cocoa dough can be added more, the pattern will be more and more beautiful.
