Margarita Cake
1.
Weigh the ingredients and set aside, and start to whip the butter through warm water. It's too cold in winter. You can put the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds. 10 seconds is enough. When the butter is whitish, it becomes soft and feathery.
2.
Sift the egg yolks and press them with a spoon. There will be some difficulty.
3.
Scrape it with a spoon if it can't fall
4.
Stir the egg yolk and butter well
5.
Sift in flour, powdered sugar, and sprinkle in salt
6.
Knead into a simple dough, it will be very dry at first, but don't help but add water, you can knead it with your hands for a few times. I think if it is very cold in winter, it is better to shape it with hot water.
7.
Wrap it with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Remember to put the refrigerator in summer, and normal temperature in winter is good.
8.
Knead into a ball the size of a thumb, while preheating the oven to 175 degrees.
9.
Use your index finger to press the shape, don't press too hard. . . When the middle is too thin, it will burn easily, just a mark.
10.
Put it in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
11.
The finished product will be loose when it is hot, but not so loose when it is cold, so let it cool before eating.
Tips:
1. Everyone's oven temperature is different, I used the built-in oven thermometer to measure the temperature.
2. If it is an oven where the upper and lower tubes can be individually adjusted, put the lower tube into the oven and adjust the lower tube to around 120 degrees to prevent the bottom from being too burnt. You can also put an insulated baking pan under the oven that cannot be adjusted.
3. When the finished product comes out, don't rush to take it. It is very hot and crispy after it has not been shaped. It will break when you touch it. Take it when it's cool.
4. Don't open the oven all the time at the beginning of the test to destroy the temperature. When it is almost time, observe it frequently to avoid confusion.
