After the butter is softened, put it in a basin with sugar and salt and beat with a whisk until fluffy and white.

Boiled egg yolks are crushed, sieved, and mixed well with a spatula.

Add flour and slowly press it into a dough. It will not be easy to shape at first, but it will absorb after a while.

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.

Take out and divide into equal size and round.

Put it on the cooking pan nougat.

Use your thumb to gently press down from the middle.

Stop until there is a crack on the edge.

Put it in the oven at 170°C up and 160°C down, and bake for about 10 minutes.

After cooling, put it into a sealed bag, or decorate the chocolate according to your own preferences.
