Margarita biscuits are novice biscuits. I haven't tried it since I started baking. I have always made all kinds of cookies and cranberry biscuits. This time I will try this novice biscuits.

Margarita Cookies

1. Prepare all the raw materials, the butter should be softened indoors in advance, and the eggs should be cooked in advance and the cooked egg yolks should be taken out

2. Softened butter, add powdered sugar, salt

3. Beat the butter until it expands and turns white

4. Sift in 2 boiled egg yolks

5. Mix low-gluten flour and cornstarch and sift in

6. Mix all the ingredients and knead into a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour

7. Take out a small ball and round it. (A small round ball is about 11-12 grams)

8. Press with your thumb, and there will be a gap

9. Preheat the oven, put the biscuits, and bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes

Tips:

This biscuits must choose powdered sugar. If you choose to add white sugar, it will have a grainy taste, not as good as powdered sugar.
