It’s been a few years since I’ve been in baking, and it’s the first time I made this biscuit... it tastes good and crispy.

Margarita Cookies

1. Soften the butter, add sugar and salt to beat.

2. Add in the sifted cooked egg yolk and mix well

3. Sift in low flour and cornstarch

4. Stir into dough

5. Divide into small balls of about 12 grams

6. Put it in the baking tray and let stand for 15 minutes

7. Press out the pit by hand, and there are natural cracks around it.

8. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
