Margarita Cookies

The butter is softened at room temperature to the same softness as the earlobe, add powdered sugar, and beat with a whisk until the volume becomes larger and the color becomes white;

Peel the hard-boiled eggs, peel off the egg whites, sieve the egg yolks into powder form, add them to the beaten butter, and stir evenly;

Sift the low-flour, cornstarch and salt into 2 and grab it into a loose dough with your hands. Place it in the refrigerator and let it rise for 1 hour;

Take out the dough and knead it into n small balls with a diameter of about two centimeters. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Use your thumb to lightly press the balls to make them dent and split naturally;

Put it in the preheated oven, 170 degrees, middle level, up and down, 15-18 minutes;

Let cool and start eating~~
