Margarita Cookies

Butter softened at room temperature

Add powdered sugar and salt until the color becomes lighter

Sift in the egg yolk and stir evenly

Sift in the flour starch
5.
Knead into dough and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour

Knead into small balls, flatten with your thumb at 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
