Margarita Cookies

Boil two eggs (about 7 minutes)

Take out the egg yolk and sieve

Whip the butter and powdered sugar with salt (I made the powdered sugar by myself with caster sugar)

Pour in two sifted egg yolks and mix well

Pour in low-gluten flour and cornstarch and mix well

Mix the dough and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour (you don’t have time to leave it)

After taking it out, rub round and press the middle of your fingers (the baking pan is flat and directly on the baking pan)

Put the pressed biscuits evenly on the baking tray
9.
Bake up and down at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes (remember to observe the color change during the period)
10.
Bake it and let it cool, there is a snack for afternoon tea
