Marinated Chicken Drumsticks

Prepare the legs, take a few strokes each, and wash them.

Prepare star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, chili, pepper, etc.

Add chicken drumsticks.

Add some ginger, cooking wine and soy sauce.

Tips:
1. There is no marinated material package. Prepare it by yourself, usually with chili, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger. The marinated brine can be stored in the refrigerator for second use.
2. The marinated lotus root, eggs, tofu skin, and kelp with marinated meat are all very delicious. If they are stored in the refrigerator, they must be used or boiled at least once a week, so that the brine is not easy to spoil.
