Marinated Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet, cut into 2 pieces, boil water, add the ginger slices and cook for 2 minutes, set aside.

Heat the pot, pour in the oil and then add the sugar. When the sugar is completely melted, add to the boil, put in the brine and cook for 5 minutes.
