Marinated Chicken Feet

After the chicken feet are cleaned, put them in the pot with flying water.

After flying over the water, chop off the tip of the chicken feet and then chop them in half.

Bring to a boil, add brine, add sugar to a boil, and adjust the flavor. Bring the chicken feet to a boil, turn to a low heat and slowly marinate until cooked. Sprinkle some sesame oil on the plate and start eating.
