Marinated Chicken Liver

Soak the chicken liver in water for one hour, and then wash it with water three to four times after soaking

Put the chicken liver and a little cooking wine in cold water, boil on high heat for two minutes, turn off the heat and clean the chicken liver repeatedly

Put clean water in the pot, put chicken liver, star anise, pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon, ginger slices, rock sugar, add a little oyster sauce and cooking wine, bring to a boil

Bring to a boil, adjust the heat to medium and low, simmer for 15 minutes, add salt, continue cooking

Turn off the heat after five minutes, leave the chicken liver in the pot and cool it down before you can take it out and eat it.
Tips:
Chicken liver must be cleaned with salt
