Marinated Dried Tofu

Prepare old tofu and aniseed

Cut the tofu into small cubes about 3 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick.

When the oil pan is heated to 70%, carefully put in the tofu cubes and deep fry.

Deep-fried the tofu into a firmer oil and then scoop it up.

Put the deep-fried dried tofu in a separate pot, and then pour in an appropriate amount of water.

Spread the water over the dried tofu and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Pour the aniseed.

Two spoons of soy sauce.

Add rock candy again.

After it is brought to a boil, change to low heat and simmer slowly until the soup thickens and the dried tofu becomes darker, then turn off the heat.
