Marinated Duck Wings

Prepare the materials.

Use 4 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, and 1 bowl of half water to adjust the brine.

After marinating, put it in a rice cooker, pour in star anise, cinnamon, tangerine peel, grass fruit, licorice, bay leaf, green onion.

Tips:
I like to put the brine in the refrigerator after it is cooked, and add it to taste more delicious after half a day or the next day. The brine can be reused, don't throw it out so quickly. It is also super delicious when used for marinating eggs.
