I used to buy edamame at a lo-mei shop, but now there is no lo-mei shop where I live, so it is not convenient to buy edamame. It happened that edamame was on the market, so I tried to make it myself. Actually, it's not very troublesome."

Marinated Edamame

1. Cut off both ends of the edamame so that it is easy to taste. Rinse it with clean water and soak it in salt water for 20 minutes.

2. Prepare ginger, garlic, and pepper.

3. Wash star anise, cinnamon and tangerine peel. No tangerine peel can be left.

4. Heat the pot, stir fry twice with ginger, garlic and chili, then add star anise, cinnamon and tangerine peel, and stir fry together. Forgot to take pictures. Then pour in edamame and fry together.

5. Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce and stir fry for a while. Then add water to boil, add more water if you like it rotten. After the water is boiled, turn off the heat, add salt and continue cooking.

6. Cook until the edamame becomes this color, try the taste, and you are almost ready to serve.

7. Put it on the plate ๐Ÿ˜„ so delicious, you can have a bottle of beer in summer ๐Ÿบ, itโ€™s so cool.

Tips:

Don't think that the edamame is shelled so you put too much salt. In fact, it is easy to taste. The light soy sauce also contains salt. You can taste the edamame after it is cooked.
