Marinated Edamame

1. Wash the purchased edamame, you can cut off both ends of the pod, but I generally don’t bother to cut it;

2. Then put enough water and a tablespoon of salt in the pot and start to cook the beans;

3. After it's cooked, take it out and put a few slices of ginger;

4. Then pour enough lees or spicy lees, soak overnight!
