Marinated Edamame

Soak the edamame in salt water for 5 minutes, then rinse with water;

Cut off both ends of the edamame with scissors;

All the edamame can be processed in a few minutes;

Prepare all seasonings;

Put edamame and spices in a pot, add enough water;

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat until it cools naturally.
Tips:
1. Cut the two ends of edamame to make it easier to taste;
2. You can adjust the amount of spices or increase the types according to your taste, but you need to add more salt to make them more flavorful; soak them in the soup after they're cooked to make them more flavorful.
