Marinated Edamame

Soak the bought edamame in clean water for a while, then rinse it off, use scissors to cut off 2 of the edamame so that it will taste better when soaking;

Put the edamame in the pot, add water to cover the edamame, add star anise and salt;

Boil for 6 minutes after the water is boiled, and leave the lid on to cool for a while;

Take out the edamame, let it cool in boiling water, control the moisture, and pour 1 bottle of lees;

Press a plate on top of edamame, cover with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator to taste, refrigerate for half a day for about 4 hours, and you can eat;
Tips:
Do not cook the edamame for a long time, just 6 minutes after boiling, and the gravy must wait for the edamame to cool before putting it.
