Marinated Kelp Shreds

Wash the fresh kelp and cut into filaments;

Cut carrots into thin strips;
3.
Cut chicken breast into thin strips;
4.
Press garlic into a puree;
5.
Put water into the pot, boil it, add the shredded chicken, carrots, and kelp in the order, and blanch until the water boils again;

Take out all the raw materials and control the water;
7.
Immediately put it in ice water to cool;

Remove and drain the water;

Put it in a large bowl and add garlic paste;

Add sugar, vinegar and salt, and mix well;

Heat a small pot, add appropriate amount of peanut oil and a few dried chilies, stir-fry slowly on low heat until the chilies turn dark red;

Pour it into cold dishes while it is hot;

Cover immediately and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes;
14.
Mix well again.
