Marinated Kelp Silk

A little dried kelp.

Soak in water to soften.

Clean it up.

A pot of marinade.

Pour the marinade into a pot, add salt to a boil.

Then put in the seaweed silk.

Then add the shredded seaweed and cook for fifteen minutes. If you like softer ones, cook for more time. If you like crisper ones, 15 minutes will be enough.

Out of the pan, add some oily chili to the spicy food.
9.
Drizzle some sesame oil and mix well.

Mixed seaweed shreds.
