Marinated Noodles with Tomato and Egg

Add some salt to the eggs and beat them up

Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces
3.
When the oil in the pot is hot, add green onions and sauté fragrant, then add tomatoes

Pour in the eggs, stir fry into chunks, add salt and fry evenly

Put it up

Put the noodles in boiling water, add the tomatoes and cook together
Tips:
After the eggs are in the pan, don't have to fry them for too long or they will not taste very good.
