Marinated Noodles with Tomato and Egg

Beat the eggs and set aside. I used three eggs, this can be increased or decreased according to my preference

Core the big green pepper, cut into thin slices and then cut into small pieces

Adjust half a bowl of thinner water and starch into the pot, and add the chopped green onion at the same time

Tips:
Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces. You don't need to remove the skins, just cut them directly.
If you see a bit dry, you can add some water to thicken it.
Today I ate hot soup noodles. You can eat the noodles directly after they are cooked. You can pour some hot soup into a bowl if appropriate. If the weather is hot, you can run it with cold water and eat the surface.
