Marinated Noodles with Tomato Meat Sauce

Minced meat/pea/tomato/hand-rolled noodles minced ginger/salt/potato/tomato sauce

Shell peas and dice potatoes.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, pour the peas and potatoes together and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Make a cross knife on the surface of the tomatoes, and peel them after passing cold water.
