My two favorite men in our family love peanuts, one is my father and the other is my husband. Although the two drink only one cup, they can't bear their love for peanuts.

As a face control, I like to soak the peanuts in advance and then put them in the pot. Because I have tried to marinate unsoaked peanuts directly in the pot before, the color of the marinade becomes black and turbid because of the red coat on the outer surface of the peanuts, and the appearance of the marinated peanuts will be dull and unsightly.

​The peanuts marinated with my recipe are more dense, because all of them are seasoned with organic soy sauce with a hint of sauce, which has a hint of sweetness. It can be served directly on the table, or you can add some diced vegetables after blanching, and then add balsamic vinegar and sesame oil to mix well. A large box of stewed at a time, put it in the refrigerator for storage, a week of congee and side dishes are available.

2. Pick up the peanut kernels to remove the bad beans, rinse them and soak them in cold water for more than 4 hours.

3. Rinse the spices and put them in the soup pot, add enough water, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes.

4. Put the soaked peanut kernels into the cooked marinade, cover the pot, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 40 minutes.

5. After 40 minutes, turn off the heat. After the soup is completely cooled, put it in the refrigerator overnight. You can eat the next day. The marinated peanut kernels are spongy and can be used directly as a snack. You can also add some blanched carrots, celery, etc., add balsamic vinegar and sesame oil, mix well and eat.
