Marinated Quail

Ingredients: quail (washed, cut and blanched), dried chili, cinnamon, aniseed, rock sugar.

Place the quail in the pot.

Next, add dried chili, cinnamon and aniseed.

Add rock sugar.

Add 2 small plates of soy sauce.

Add 2 teaspoons of salt.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Flip it to boil.

Then, cover, simmer for 15 minutes over medium-low heat, turn off the heat, and soak for 30 minutes.

Finally, open the lid and take it out, and it's ready.
