Marinated Quail Eggs

The quail eggs are cooked in a pot under cold water, I have cooked them for about 15 minutes,

Remove cold water after cooking!

Take one on the cutting board and knock it lightly, press it lightly with your fingers, roll it back and forth, and break the egg shell.

Do all of them one by one

Pour marinated ingredients into the pot, (it's very convenient to use marinated ingredients, you can buy them at supermarkets or food markets where you can buy them) and mix with water! Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes!

Add the quail eggs and cook for about 30 minutes!

Take it out and let it cool and you can eat it! Very tasty 😋
Tips:
1. The longer the quail eggs are placed in the marinade, the more delicious they will be.
