Marinated Shiitake Mushrooms

Wash the stalks of the shiitake mushrooms and squeeze out the water.

Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the mushrooms for a while.

Put oil in the pan, add the sweet noodle sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water and a little broth to a boil over high heat.
6.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds when the broth is exhausted and stir well out of the pot.
Tips:
1. No need to leave the broth essence
2. If there is stock, it will taste better.
