Marinated Trotters

                                Wash the trotters, cut in half, and blanch them for later use

                                Put rock sugar and spices in a frying pan and sauté

                                Put the trotters into the pot, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. After 2 minutes, add water and soak the trotters. Bring to a boil on high heat and reduce to a slow simmer.

                                Simmer for an hour, add a small amount of rice vinegar, and add some salt

                                Open the lid and cook for a few minutes, and the soup can be out of the pot. It is a bit sticky to eat hot. It is recommended to let it cool before eating in summer.
