Tips:
1. Add ginger slices and cooking wine when cooking, and blanch it too!
2. If the juice is not collected, you can cook it directly in the electric pressure cooker and load it into the plate! I don't like to put chicken essence, so I don't put it! Finally, the taste is in control!
3. How long is the specific pressure? I can only test it in person! Maybe it has something to do with how big the trotters are cut! My trotters are just the right size and time to press, it's already sucks! I hope that the chewy time will be shorter than 15 minutes.
